Station North arts and entertainmentBy promoting and supporting artists and cultural organizations in the District, the Station North Arts & Entertainment District seeks to create a vibrant neighborhood where arts, artists and entertainment venues flourish in the midst an economically diverse community with an abundance of healthy residential, retail and commercial offerings.

Baltimore, this was the first area in the city to receive the state designation as an arts and entertainment district. Spanning the communities of Charles North, Greenmount West and Barclay, Station North is a diverse collection of artist live-work spaces, galleries, rowhomes and businesses - all just steps away from Penn Station and Mount Vernon.

Highlandtown Arts and Entertainment District - ha!

Highlandtown Arts DistrictHighlandtown's Arts & Entertainment District (a.k.a. ha!) is the largest such designated area in the state; encompassing Highlandtown, Patterson Park and portions of Canton and Greektown. ha! offers artists the opportunity to live and work in one of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in the city. ha! boasts southeast's largest collection of retail and industrial spaces, along with affordable housing and a convenient location, easily accessible from I-95, I-895, Fells Point and Downtown.

Ha! is home of a Creative Alliance at The Patterson, galleries, artist studios, and retail shops with a variety of activities happening year around including the Salsapolkalooza, the Great Halloween Lantern Parade, the Highlandtown Farmer's Market and Artket, Annual Studio Tours, Sculpture in the Park, the Highlandtown Wine Festival, and the Highlandtown Basement Bar Tour.
