star spangled celebration Q: I'd like to come to Baltimore with my two children for the Star Spangled celebration. Can I take the train from Philadelphia? Is the harbor where the tours are free to public in walking distance? A: Baltimore on July 4th is great, but this year, you might want to consider coming a couple weeks earlier for the Star-Spangled Sailabration, featuring tall ships, fireworks, air shows and more.
