Q: My daughter's birth day is Saturday Sept 11th and she wants to have dinner outside near the inner harbor. We were at ram's head for a concert and she liked that area. Where would you recommend? Would I need to make reservations?
A: One of the newest restaurants at Power Plant Live (the complex in which Rams Head Live is located) is Two Boots, a casual venue with patio dining that serves pizza, salads and po' boys.  Other casual options include Mex and Luckie's.  Click here for a full list of restaurants at Power Plant Live.  If you're looking for something a bit fancier, consider nearby McCormick & Schmick, Capital Grille or Ruth's Chris (the pier 5 location), all of which offer outdoor dining.  I would make reservations for the more upscale restaurants, but I wouldn't worry about that at Power Plant Live.
