In his welcome return, he is joined by the electrifying Armenian, Sergey Khachatryan, in Sibelius’s intense and thrilling violin concerto. Brahms’ Fourth Symphony represents the capstone of the composer’s symphonic achievement, a profound expression of the complexity of the human spirit.
