CTAs, (over 1400 trained so far) are individuals who have taken an extensive course, passed an exam and are now ready to make your stay the best that it can be. New Group Tour Initiatives

Motor Coach Parking Facility 

Baltimore LOVES buses!

Visit Baltimore, working in conjuntion with the Parking Authority of Baltimore City and The Department of Transportation and paid for in part by a grant from the Maryland Heritage Area Authority opened a new ADA compliant Motor Coach Parking Facility. This facility welcomes your drivers with 61 spaces and a climate controlled lounge with clean restrooms, leather couches, vending and more. 

This state of the art facility also includes: 

• Pump out facilities
• In/out privileges
• Friendly, customer service staff certified through the Baltimore Tourism Ambassador Program
• Vending
• Internet access
• Free admission for driver into the B&O Railroad Museum (during normal operating hours)
• Cable television
• Secure and monitored 24 hours a day

The facility is open and staffed from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. seven days a week from March 1 - Late December. Drivers can pull in during this time to pay for metered hourly parking, 12 hour parking and overnight parking as well. Prices are incredibly reasonable at $5.00 per hour, $25.00 for 12 hours and $35.00 for overnight parking. Motor coaches overnighting in Baltimore can qualify for discounted parking by calling 877-BALITMORE and selecting option "4". You can download a copy of the informational sheet by clicking HERE. Baltimore Day Tripper Pass (New!)

For those tour operators who don't have itineraries but are stopping for a 3-4 hour visit in the Inner Harbor consider our new Day Tripper Pass. One low price and choice of one of three attractions and one of three resturants for lunch, all inclusive. Don't worry about your motor coach as a purchase of 20 or more passes include a free parking pass at the NEW Baltimore City Motor Coach Facility .
