This new Station North favorite features dishes like soft pretzels with Porter cheddar sauce; steam buns with vegetable bahn mi, fried oysters with tartar sauces, pork belly and beef tongue; and a burger made with locally raised Roseda beef, herb aioli, bread and butter pickles, and cheddar. Pen & Quill also offers seasonal craft cocktails and sought-after craft brews like Bell’s, Ommegang and 21st Amendment, plus local beers, too. They have a thoughtfully chosen wine list as well.
