Executive Chef Bill Crouse opens up the behind the scenes restaurant kitchen for his monthly cooking classes. Classes are held on a Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The cooking class is demonstration with optional hands-on for those who wish to participate. Italian Language and Culture Dinner Club
