Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower

Take a behind-the-scenes tour of this historic 15-floor clock tower-and take in views of Baltimore, too! The tower is open on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., when artists who work in the building open their studios to the public and special exhibitions are also on display.

Patterson Park Pagoda

Climb to the top of this Victorian pagoda to take in magnificent views of the Baltimore waterfront and other neighborhoods that surround Patterson Park, one of Baltimore’s largest parks. The Pagoda is only open noon-6 pm. on Sundays from mid-April through mid-October.

The world’s tallest pentagonal building offers panoramic views of the city, harbor and beyond from its 27th-floor observation level. Maps and other descriptors explain what landmarks you’re seeing, and visitors can use telescopic viewfinders to zoom in.

Get your cardio in for the day when you climb 227 steps to the top of the 200-year-old Washington Monument. The workout is worth it for the views-just be sure you claim tickets in advance, because only five people can experience the monument at a time.
