Our Returns Policy.
You may return items sold by Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Association within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.

Refunds.
Membership dues will be refunded if membership is canceled within two weeks of our receiving payment.

Notices.
In our discretion, we may provide notices of changes to these policies or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices generally on our site.

Eligibility.
Our goods and services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our goods and services are not available to minors under the age of 18.
