Family Friendly Fun awaits at the Inner Harbor for the Waterfront Partnership’s annual Harbor Harvest Children’s Fall Festival! Enjoy our waterfront pumpkin patch, petting zoo, costume contest, carnival ride, and more seasonal fun as we bring the country to the city. Admission to the event is free, but some activities, including pony rides & carnival rides, require purchase of activity tickets or an activity pass.
