Charm City Roller Girls

Catch Roller Derby Fever with Baltimore's Premier League

What began as a few girls meeting at a Skateland on Sunday and Thursday nights soon became an organized league of over 80 dedicated roller-derby-loving women. Meet the Charm City Roller Girls.

The Most Exciting Thing to Hit Charm City Since the Crab Cake

Formed in 2005, the Charm City Roller Girls were inspired by other roller derby leagues in New York, Philadelphia, Texas and all over the United States. The CCRG quickly devised a strategy to become Maryland's premiere all-woman, flat-track roller derby league. Almost immediately, the city of Baltimore took notice. And how could they not?

So Who Are The Charm City Roller Girls?

Charm City Roller Girls is proud to be represented by women from all over the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area, each of whom is as unique as the city itself.

The CCRG league is made up of charmingly named intraleague teams like the Junkyard Dolls and Speed Regime. The teams “bout” each other at DuBurns Arena in Canton.
