Advocacy, Community & Engagement

Visit Baltimore is committed to supporting the City and local industry that we work so passionately to promote. Our overarching goals? To be a catalyst for community engagement, and, to be an advocate for tourism and the visitor experience.

Explore the pages under this enhanced community portal to learn more about Visit Baltimore’s outreach programs, and, ways that you can join us. Become a Baltimore tourism advocate by signing up for news and updates on our advocacy center, or, go a step further and become a Certified Tourism Ambassador. Support the community give-back and workforce development programs of our 501c3 public charitable arm, the Visit Baltimore Education & Training Foundation, with an upfront donation, or, by holding your next corporate or social event at the Baltimore Visitor Center (all rental proceeds benefit the Foundation’s community re-investment programs).

For more information on Visit Baltimore’s community programs or partnerships, do not hesitate to contact the Public Affairs team. If you would like to request Visit Baltimore’s support for your program, please note that Visit Baltimore is pleased to support a variety of organizations; however, as a not-for-profit organization ourselves, this support consists primarily of in-kind donations from our members that reflect the Baltimore experience. Please review our request for donation guidelines for submitting your request.
