Breweries & Pubs

If there’s one thing Baltimoreans really appreciate, it’s a good neighborhood bar. In fact, you could argue that Baltimore bar and pub culture helped shape the city, catering to the industrial-era, working-class residents that built this town. From Irish pubs to happy-hour hotel bars to hipster gastropubs, you’d be hard-pressed to find a bad bar in the bunch.

Baltimore is also home to several breweries and locally crafted brews: the Brewer’s Art microbrewery in Mount Vernon, Leinenkugels Beer Garden in the Inner Harbor, Heavy Seas Beer, and Union Craft Brewing Located in the historic Woodberry neighborhood of Baltimore.
