Inner Harbor Loading and Unloading Zones Area One (West) – Baltimore Visitor Center/Light Street: Loading and unloading are permitted on the northbound lane of Light Street by the Baltimore Visitor Center. No staging is allowed.
Area Two (North/East) – National Aquarium/Pratt Street: Loading and unloading are allowed on the north side of the Inner Harbor at the National Aquarium. Staging is not permitted.
