4401 Roland Avenue Condominium will hold a community yard sale on Saturday, June 25, 2022, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM on the rear patio of the building (next to the parking lot). Location: 4401 Roland Ave, intersection of Roland Ave and W Cold Spring Lane. Toys, books, records, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, pottery, home and holiday decor, kitchen utensils, cookware, small electronics, housewares, etc. Parking available in lot or on street.
