Day to Baltimore – Fleet Week Welcome

Enjoy a day on the water with this one-way cruise (with optional return trip to Annapolis by bus). Board the luxurious Catherine Marie at Annapolis City Dock, and settle in for a scenic cruise up the Chesapeake Bay. Learn about the importance and construction of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Observe cargo ships traveling to the port of Baltimore. As we cruise past the Sandy Point Shoal and Baltimore Harbor lighthouses, your narrator will share stories of life along the Chesapeake Bay, including its role in the Underground Railroad. Enjoy a deluxe boxed lunch as we enter the Patapsco River, cruising past historic Fort Carroll and the remains of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. With the skyline of Charm City welcoming you in the distance, see Fort McHenry National Monument and a variety of U.S. and international naval ships docked around Baltimore Harbor in celebration of Maryland Fleet Week. Our vessel will dock in the beautiful Inner Harbor within walking distance of several ships open for public tours.
