Drop-in Art Making: Precious Collections
Some collections are for personal enjoyment, while others, like museum collections, are meant to be shared with others. As we celebrate 90 years since the Walters Art Museum first opened its doors to the public, displaying our foundational collection of some 22,000 objects, we want to know what objects are precious to you. At this fun, hands-on workshop, we invite you to create a memory box to store your keepsakes and treasured objects!
Drop-in Art Making is a program for art lovers of all ages and abilities to get creative and make a work of art inspired by our collection. Come with your family, friends or on your own. Join us for a little while or stay the whole time!
