For this themed Girls Night Out in Old Ellicott City, let’s ‘Party Like It’s 1999″… or ’79 … or ’09. Whatever decade you like, bring your happy energy to Old Ellicott City for a fun-filled, specials-packed evening of girl time fun.

We expect the participating merchants just might have a little something to splash around in it. Those shops and restaurants will all be putting their own spin on Old School fun with featured drinks, merchandise and specials.
