Glass Art: Stained Glass Bat

Grind, foil, solder and form a stained glass work of art!

Design and craft your very own stained glass bat, with dried flower detail, in this 3-hour workshop designed for ages 8+. This workshop is perfect for glass work beginners who are interested in learning the process! In this workshop you will learn how to use a diamond grinder on pre-cut pieces of glass, discover copper foiling techniques and use a soldering iron to piece together segments of glass.

The cost of the workshop includes all materials necessary for completing the project with hands-on instruction. Participants will complete a piece of stained glass art to take home with them. Reduced exhibit admission is available for all workshop participants. This workshop is led by instructors from MK Glass Designs.
