Grown Up Field Trip: Game On
Who said field trips are just for kids???
The Maryland Science Center’s game night like no other is back! Get your game on and compete with and against your friends throughout our exhibits. Play a variety of video games, including Mario Kart in our IMAX theater, giant versions of classic tabletop games, and some of your favorite childhood games with a MSC twist. Explore our exhibits all with a beer in hand from our friends at Pherm Brewing Company!
Activities:
• Here we go! Compete in the Mario Kart speedways in our IMAX theater, on the biggest indoor screen in Maryland
• Practice your shot in Pool Noodle Duck Hunt
• Take on some of our giant versions of some classic games
• Get ready to be quick on your feet to avoid the Ghost Gang and collect pellets in our LARP Pacman game
• Enjoy some drinks from our friends at Pherm Brewing Company while exploring our hands-on exhibits and so much more!
Event Details:
This event is a part of the Maryland Science Center’s Adult Programs and is for ages 21+. A valid ID is required upon arrival. Admission includes participation in all on-floor activities and access to selected exhibits. Drinks will be available for purchase for beverages from Pherm Brewing Company. To sign up for Mario Kart in the IMAX, after purchasing your ticket check your email for your ticket confirmation that will include a link to sign up. Time slots are limited and each time slot will be one race. Only one slot per attendee is permitted and sign ups will end once all time slots have been filled. Please enter through the front Harbor Lobby entrance.
All proceeds benefit the educational programs at the Maryland Science Center.
