Latin Jazz night at Alma Cocina Latina Featuring Fran Vielma

To kick off Alma Cocina Latina’s music series, world renowned performer and Venezuelan native Fran Vielma joins us in Baltimore for an evening filled with latin jazz and delicious food. Fran has toured around the continent with his start-studed Venezuelan Jazz Collective; “Tendencias,” his latest release, includes Vielma’s original works and arrangements featuring world-renown Miguel Zenón, Michael Rodríguez, and Luis Perdomo. It was included in the Best of 2018 lists by Downbeat, Latin Jazz Network, & NYC Jazz Record. Music begins at 7PM. A $10 performance fee is recommended for the entertainment for the evening.
