Make and Take Block Printed Tea Towels

This workshop will explore some of the basics of block printing and printing on fabric. In this class you will carve a unique design and hand print it onto two 28” x 28” flour sack tea towels using fabric block printing ink. You are encouraged to come to the workshop with the image that you would like to carve, but images will also be provided for inspiration. Each student will receive a 6” x 6” piece of soft cut linoleum to create their stamps.

Thirteen and up with parental supervision.
