National Dog Day at The Rotunda
Come out during the “dog days” of Summer to Celebrate National Dog Day! The Rotunda Partners with Maryland SPCA to Host Family-Friendly event on August 24
Join the Rotunda and Maryland SPCA for National Dog Day at The Rotunda on Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (rain date August 25). Bring along furry friends and enjoy a fun-filled day featuring music, food vendors, drinks, pet games, local pet vendors, activities, pet photos, a Flea-less Market yard sale, live pet portraits, adoptable dogs and more! Contests, such as Best Costume, Best Manners and Dog-Owner Lookalike will be judged by local celebrities with prizes for category winners. This event is FREE to attend and features a special PAWS-Port for your pooch, which affords dogs three activities hosted by the Maryland SPCA (Bobbing for Hot Dogs, Paw Painting, Tie-Dying, DIY Ornaments and DIY Dog Toys). PAWS-Ports will be sold at the door for $8 with all ticket proceeds benefiting the Maryland SPCA.
