Qigong Class
Qigong is the skill or practice of cultivating and balancing one’s lifeforce. It is peaceful, relaxing and energizing all at once! Developed to maintain health and to prevent illness, it is made up of simple movements and focused breathing to stimulate the flow of energy in the body. Movements can be done standing, seated, in wheelchairs and even in bed! It is easy to learn and will help to decrease stress and increase vitality. Taught by Mindie of Healing Minutes.
