Ruse Restaurant x Perch Supper Club Tasting Dinner
Ruse Restaurant and Perch Supper Club are teaming up for a 6-Course Tasting Dinner to benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation on February 4. This 6-Course tasting menu will be crafted by Ruse Chef Michael Correll and Chef Sam Molavi of Perch (formerly of St. Anselm, Mayden, Ripple, and Compass Rose in DC).
A portion of the proceeds from the first ever collaboration dinner between the two will be donated to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support the work they undertake to conserve, restore, and protect the Chesapeake Bay. Proceeds from the event will be matched by the Erkiletian Family
