Scott Tournet has been on a long journey. After nearly twenty years on the road he has pulled back from the touring life and embraced a totally different lifestyle. His new record HOME is a celebration of and a reflection on that that journey. HOME offers the listener a comfortable chair, a pair of over the ear Hi-Fi headphones, a hot cup of coffee, and a picturesque view of it all.
Tournet began his career as a founding member of Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and as Potter’s main songwriting partner. Together, Tournet and Potter took the group to great heights. Three top 40 albums, a gold record, collaborating with The Allman Brothers, Willie Nelson, T-Bone Burnett, members of Phish and the Grateful Dead and even performing for President Obama. They toured the world and achieved their dreams.
