The Slide into Great Power Competition with China: Can it be Stopped Short of War?

Thom Shanker, former New York Times Pentagon Correspondent, and Andrew Hoehn, Senior Vice President for Research & Analysis at The RAND Corporation Think Tank, will deliver an address entitled “The Slide into Great Power Competition with China: Can it be Stopped Short of War?“ before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. The program will be held at the World Trade Center, 401 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 at 6 p.m. A 5:15 p.m. reception precedes the address.
