Theatre Morgan presents a virtual production of MARISOL

The year 2020 is one that will go down in history as one of the strangest and most challenging of our lifetimes. In Marisol playwright Jose Rivera introduces us to a world, not unlike ours, that has become unrecognizable- the Moon has gone missing, coffee is extinct, cows are producing salty milk, and going over your credit card limit can land you in a secret Government prison in Brooklyn. Marisol Perez’s faith in God, humanity, and life itself are put through the ultimate test. Rivera explores a strange and mystifying world in a play whose language is beautifully poetic and whose message is achingly transcendent, universal, and poignantly relevant.
