Three Skills in Three Hours, Mind and Body Practices
When we are stuck or in a trigger it can be hard to get out. In this workshop we will cover the basics of the autonomic nervous system and why and how we often get hijacked by our emotions. You will learn 3 skills to come back to a centered and grounded place. We will also learn how to tune into our inner wisdom to see what is happening inside of us. These skills can help create self compassion and resilience. Over 16. No prior experience needed.
