Overview

The 18th Amendment had its share of supporters and opponents, with no region more opposed to Prohibition than The Free State. Opinions ranged from thoroughly wet Governor Ritchie to the dry Cardinal Gibbons. Author Dr. Michael T. Walsh will present the colorful history and some noted Irishmen who had major impacts. Books for sale....gonna be fun!
