Chefs from the Baltimore area's hottest restaurants like La Cuchara, Food Market AND Food Marketa, the latest Donna Crivello masterpiece, Cosima, vanguard newcomers Minnow and Ida B's, and caterers, Chef’s Expressions and Copper Kitchen, will pair with Charlottetown Farm, Grand View Farm, One Straw Farm, Catoctin Mountain, aquaculture farmer, Hollywood Oyster and more to create delectable dishes for your tasting pleasure, using only the freshest of ingredients, highlighting the region's fall’s harvest. Mixolo is excited to partner with Farm to Chef's Maryland unparallelled annual harvest-to table experience where Maryland’s top chefs and local farmers team up to create amazing culinary dishes for the benefit of Days of Taste, the flagship program for TasteWise Kids, endorsed by cooking legend Julia Child. TasteWise Kids inspires kids to explore and understand the world of food and its sources. Their Days of Taste program introduces 4th graders in Baltimore City schools (and other Maryland counties) to the origins of fresh food and the farm-to-table journey through hands-on programming with chefs, farmers and other food experts.
