Pizza, for you, by you. Boost your cooking skills with Chef Egg, the freshest face in culinary entertainment and education. Join us as Baltimore's own Chef Egg teaches you how to make authentic Neapolitan style pizza that you will be able to recreate at home. Discover how to find and buy the best ingredients, make authentic dough and use your home kitchen to produce restaurant quality pies. Even sweeter, you’ll also learn how to make homemade limoncello and a white chocolate pannacotta. Opt-in after work on a Wednesday for a few happy hours with sustenance - and make new connections with Mixolo. Bring yourself and bring a friend if you wish, but plus-ones are never required at Mixolo events. All cooks are welcome, the hapless and the heralded. It’s all in fun. ABOUT CHEF EGG: Chef Egg has taken the interactive cooking experience to exciting new levels with Chef Egg Live and his widely followed online and on-air demonstrations. You’ve probably seen him in the news or enjoyed one of his dynamic cooking classes. ABOUT BLUE MOON TOO: We’ll cook with Chef Egg at the Baltimore Federal Hill location of the Blue Moon diners. Blue Moon Too reflects the bright and funky personal style of co-founder Sarah Simington. She founded the original Blue Moon Café in Fells Point in 1996 with her mother Sherri – a diner veteran. This classic diner focuses on breakfast and is pretty famous for its Captain Crunch French Toast. Chef Egg holds the majority of his community cooking classes after hours in this beautiful venue.
