Overview

Join the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Center for Epigenetic Research in Child Health and Brain Development for public Science & Society event featuring Nicholas Kristof at the George Peabody Library. Kristof is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist with a weekly column in the New York Times, and co-author of the best-selling books A Path Appears and Half the Sky. The evening begins with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by the lecture at 8:00 p.m. General admission is $25 and includes cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, open-seating lecture, and free valet parking.
