Master Sake Sommelier or kikzake-shi, has revolutionized the sake presentation and sales format in the U.S. She was the No. 1 selling sake sommelier outside of Japan in 2007 & 2008, and the lists she created nabbed that honor in 2009 & 2011. Since that time, she has curated 5 of the top 10 sake lists in the United States. Her programs have been nominated for James Beard awards, while her other beverage programs have received Awards of Excellence from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
