“A Passion for Poulenc” is a Tiffany Series concert featuring the work of both Francis Poulenc and Maurice Duruflé. Poulenc’s “Gloria” will be performed by Brown Memorial’s Chancel Choir and soprano Natanya Washer, with Michael Britt conducting. Renowned Princeton Chapel Organist Eric Plutz will serve as organist for "Gloria," and will also play Maurice Duruflé's "Prélude et fugue sur le nom d'Alain," written in tribute to his friend, the young French organist and composer Jehan Alain, killed during WWII. The program also includes Poulenc's "Sonata for Four Hands," performed by Michael Britt and E. Joseph Teter. Free parking in the school lot off the 100-block of Mosher Street and shuttle service to the church available. Students free!
