Overview

Once a month, come to AVAM and make a project inspired by one of our beloved visionary artists! For Black History Month, create a face on a paintbrush inspired by the one and only Mr. Imagination! Mr. "I," born Gregory Warmack, is African American and a highly influential self-taught artist. His works have been shown and collected in museums around the world, including The Smithsonian and AVAM. Mr. Imagination uses recycled materials in his art, most notably the bottle caps he is still best known for today.
