Royal Farms Arena, the city’s largest indoor sports and entertainment facility, has long been considered an anchor that contributed to the growth and prosperity of Baltimore. Royal Farms Arena is city-owned and privately managed by SMG, the world leader in the management of public assembly facilities.
The Arena is host to more than 700,000 guests annually. With 11,000 permanent seats and space for 3,000-plus temporary floor seats, Royal Farms Arena can accommodate events ranging from 5,000 people to more than 14,000. The main floor of the arena measures 228-feet-by-100-feet. There are seven connecting meeting rooms, 27-feet-by-27-feet, available for small functions, such as cocktail parties and meetings. The facility is a short walk from the Baltimore Convention Center and may be used for general sessions or other supplemental programs.
The Arena is easily accessible via Interstates 95, 295, 83 and 395, is just 15 minutes away from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport and a short drive from Amtrak’s Penn Station. The Light Rail system, MARC commuter trains, major bus lines and the Charm City Circulator stop near the facility. Approximately 22,000 parking spaces can be found in the general vicinity, and an 850-car garage is attached to the facility.

The Arena is a union house that is handled by I.A.T.S.E. Local 19.
