Legislation Update – City Council "Minimum Wage Bill"

Please be advised that Council Bill 16-0655 (referred to as the "$15 Minimum Wage Bill") has been assigned for a public hearing before the Labor Committee of the Baltimore City Council on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. This is when the Labor Committee hears the bill, and where proponents and opponents are given an opportunity to present.

Visit Baltimore wants to understand what this legislation would mean for you, our valued member businesses, with a short survey. Member responses will help Visit Baltimore formulate our official position if or when we are called on to provide testimony or respond in an official capacity. This quick poll consists of two multiple choice questions (and five demographic questions) and should take five minutes or less to complete. Deadline for poll response is close of business on Friday, June 10.
