We've created a toolkit to assist members who may need resources to aid in responding to customers or potential visitors inquiring about visiting Baltimore in light of recent events. The toolkit includes a number of shareable videos from Visit Baltimore President and CEO Tom Noonan, our customer advisory board and individual meeting planners whose groups have met recently in Baltimore. Also included are some shareable messages you can personalize and use as a starting point for conversations you may be having with people asking about the safety of visitors and examples of recent positive media coverage.
