Visit Baltimore recently launched a new software platform called Simpleview. This new platform handles all of our member records, lead and service request generation, and invoicing, and, most important, interfaces with our website, www.Baltimore.org, so that your pertinent member data is viewable to your customers on the Internet. If you currently aren't logging in, you may be missing opportunities to provide services to Visit Baltimore customers. It's one of your most beneficial membership benefits, and we want to make sure you are taking advantage of the great opportunities that await you. We currently have the following training times available for both accommodation and non-accommodation partners:

- November 18
- December 16 *Online only*
Classes are from noon – 1 p.m. at Visit Baltimore, 100 Light Street, 12th floor.
