Submit Hairspray-themed Offerings for National Promotion

Baltimore will take center stage on December 7, 2016, when NBC airs "Hairspray Live!" featuring some of today's biggest music, film and Broadway stars.

Visit Baltimore is currently coordinating a promotional campaign to coincide with the national broadcast. This campaign consists of a paid advertising buy during the NBC broadcast on December 7, social media support, new online content and media relations outreach. We encourage your participation in this exciting promotion to help generate interest in the special broadcast of "Hairspray" and visits to Baltimore to learn more about the city that inspired the iconic John Waters film.

We are asking our members to create Hairspray-themed cocktails or hotel packages that Visit Baltimore can promote throughout the months of December and January. All offers will be highlighted prominently on www.baltimore.org, as well as through digital advertising and local, regional and national public relations efforts.
