Tourism bureau adds new additions to sales and research teams

(BALTIMORE, MD) – Visit Baltimore is pleased to announce the promotions of Natalie Jamieson to database report writer and Alexis O’Connor to senior national sales manager.

O’Connor joined Visit Baltimore as a sales manager in 2012. Since 2014, she has been a national sales manager covering the mid-Atlantic and sports markets. She has done an outstanding job representing Baltimore in her respective markets and has consistently met or exceeded her sales goals. In her new position, O’Connor will assist in the procurement of booking meetings and convention business for the city of Baltimore and act as a liaison for her designated market.

She is a graduate of Towson University and came to Visit Baltimore from the Tremont Plaza Hotel and Grand Historic Venue, where she was a sales manager.

Jamieson joined Visit Baltimore in September of 2015 as business analysis coordinator. She proved herself to be an integral part of the research team and was subsequently given this opportunity. In her new position, she will be responsible for developing custom reports based on the customer relationship management (CRM) database, working with internal and external stakeholders.

She is a graduate of Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania and worked as a government affairs analyst for the Medical Group Management Association in Washington, D.C., before joining Visit Baltimore.
