(BALTIMORE, MD) – Visit Baltimore is pleased to welcome Donald Lilley as manager of information systems and technology and Kasey Borden as executive assistant to the president and CEO.
As manager of information systems and technology, Lilley is responsible for the overall direction, support and maintenance of all information technology functions throughout the organization. He also assists the research department with CRM database management and reporting.
Lilley most recently worked as the IT manager for the mid-Atlantic region of an automotive group, where he implemented IT infrastructure for new acquisitions and maintained IT and server operations for existing dealerships. Lilley is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management.
As executive assistant, Borden is responsible for supporting Visit Baltimore’s president and CEO with meeting and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, screening correspondence, and other administrative duties.
Borden joined Visit Baltimore in July 2016 as convention services assistant. She previously worked as an associate project manager at Data Recognition Corporation in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Borden graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science from the liberal arts college.
