(BALTIMORE, MD) – Visit Baltimore is pleased to welcome Brian Chung as senior national sales manager and Eboni Kirkland as sales assistant.
Chung brings more than 12 years of industry experience to his new role as senior national sales manager where he will lead sales efforts and cultivate new business within key territories including Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. He most recently served as sports and events sales manager with Travel Salem, where he developed and implemented a sales and marketing plan for Salem Oregon’s inaugural sport initiative. Chung has more than 8 years of experience in the D.C. market previous serving as national sales manager with Choose Chicago and group sales manager at Visit Alexandria. Chung graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in tourism administration with a marketing minor.
Kirkland joined the Visit Baltimore team in March 2014 as a part-time call center information specialist and was promoted to national group housing assistant in November 2014. She now takes on the role of sales assistant, supporting the day-to-day operations of the convention sales team. Kirkland came to Visit Baltimore with a combined four years of hotel experience at The Holiday inn Express at the Stadiums, the Holiday Inn Express at the BWI Airport, and The Brexton Hotel. She is a graduate of Coppin State University and a veteran of the Army National Guard.
