Microsite

Want to boost attendance at your upcoming Baltimore meeting? Visit Baltimore will create a custom web page for you, complete with compelling content and your own graphics, to promote your meeting and Baltimore’s attractions to potential attendees. You can place a link to this microsite on your organization’s website or link to it from ours.

Email & Print Templates

Nothing builds interest like a personal invitation. Visit Baltimore offers a wide range of collateral materials – from downloadable, customizable postcards to email templates – to generate interest among potential attendees. The collateral materials feature Baltimore images that promote everything from the arts and culture to the city’s culinary scene, all designed to create interest and excitement in Baltimore as a destination.

Social Media

Visit Baltimore has an extensive social media program in place. We can help you reach your audience through our social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, PinterestYouTube and others. Visit Baltimore’s Facebook and Twitter accounts have more than 46,000 “likes” and almost 34,500 “followers,” respectively. The Visit Baltimore Facebook page also has a total average monthly reach of almost 80,000.

Other Promotional Materials

When your guests arrive, we will provide complimentary issues (enough for half of your attendance) of the Visit Baltimore Official Guide. This publication includes maps, current events and a comprehensive listing of restaurants, attractions, museums, shows, walking tours and sites of historical interest. Our new restaurant guide is also available, as well as additional promotional materials for reasonable fees.
