Havok with HELLRIPPER, Slackjaw and XOTH

Thrash metal veterans Havok lead a four-band bill that also brings together blackened speed metal and heavy metal with the technical, sci-fi-minded metal of Xoth. Havok’s albums include “Time Is Up”, “Unnatural Selection” and “Conformicide”, while Hellripper channels black metal, speed metal and punk through a sound steeped in Scottish folklore. Slackjaw’s heavy-metal influences include Pantera, Metallica and Slayer; Xoth’s “Exogalactic” ventures into cosmic, genre-blending territory. The result is a packed night for listeners drawn to fast riffs, intricate playing and several distinct strains of metal.
