Tab Benoit with Bonerama

Tab Benoit brings his Louisiana-rooted blues to the stage, pairing soulful vocals with expressive guitar work. His 1992 debut, Nice and Warm, introduced a sound shaped by blues traditions and the musical textures of southern Louisiana; its title track became a radio hit. Joining him is Bonerama, whose trombone-led brass sound threads funk, rock, jazz, soul and blues together. The New Orleans band is known for bold reinterpretations of songs by Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix, alongside its own originals. Together, Benoit’s blues and Bonerama’s brass create an evening for listeners drawn to roots music with plenty of rhythmic punch.
