The American Craft Council's American Craft Made Marketplace
The American Craft Council (ACC), a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting craft and its artists, is bringing its in-person flagship event back to Baltimore for the first time since the pandemic. American Craft Made (formerly American Craft Shows) returns to the Baltimore Convention Center May 20-22, 2022.The three-day American Craft Made marketplace is a celebration of all things handmade featuring a juried selection of artists from across the country working in a variety of mediums including ceramics, glass, jewelry, clothing, furniture and basketry.
With more than 350 contemporary craft artists selected, the 2022 event will be slightly smaller than in past years to ensure the safety of guests and artists. Several of ACC’s signature programs will return, including School-to-Market, American Craft Made Emerging Artists Program, local collaborations, Awards of Excellence and live screen printing. In addition, this year’s event has expanded to include an online marketplace from May. 16-29, where shoppers can learn more about participating artists through in-depth programming and shop their unique pieces.
