Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute's Social Determinants of Health Symposium
The Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute, which works to advance health and health equity in Baltimore, and the Johns Hopkins University provost’s office will hold the 2022 Social Determinants of Health Symposium virtually.
The symposium will present the theme, Don’t Talk About It, Be About It: How Civic Participation and Political Engagement Can Impact Health within Your Community, stressing the importance of community and political engagement to public health and facilitating partnerships between community groups and Baltimore leaders.
