The Highlandtown Train Garden The train garden is located at Engine House # 41 at 520 S. Conkling St. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the following weekends: Nov. 30 – Dec. 1, Dec. 7-8, and Dec.14-15. And then it will be open every day Dec. 21 through Jan. 1 (closed Christmas Day). The Train Garden is open to the public and is free. Santa will be there on weekends.
